NotaBene conducts blended in-class and virtual programs, including 1-3 day workshops which present frameworks and approaches for succinct and effective communications and problem disaggregation. The programs draw upon core elements of logical rationale as well as some best practices in structured thinking used within management consulting, advertising and the hi-tech industry, e.g., Pyramid Principle, Situation Complication Resolution and Stimulus/Response.

NotaBene (nô'tə bĕn'ç) - The word nota bene comes from the Latin verb notāre - to note. It is used to draw the attention of the reader to a certain aspect or detail of the subject on hand. The focus of NotaBene is to develop leaders and help them to clarify what they want to communicate.
Murugasan brings a diverse background in international business and has 14 years of communication and presentation workshop experience. He started his career at IBM where he was responsible for internal communications and has worked in the Bay Area for 8 years.
Before NotaBene, he worked in New York City at PA Consulting Group, a global management consulting firm, where he delivered communications workshops to top management and executives at fortune 500 companies around the world.
He holds an MBA from Monterey Institute of International studies and a M.Sc. in Economics from Copenhagen Business School. Murugasan is also fluent in Danish and conversant in Spanish.
Doug Bewsher has led multiple large scale organizations including as CEO of Leadspace Inc, CMO of Salesforce.com and CMO of Skype. Prior to operational roles, he served as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, and led the West Coast office of Digitas, a leading Advertising agency. Doug sits on several public and private boards, as well as acting as an advisor to multiple growth stage companies.
His experience has taught him the critical nature of effective communications both within and external to the organization, and joined NotaBene in 2021 to follow this passion, and has led multiple communications training programs.

Henriette has 10+ years of experience in leadership and HR both internationally and in Denmark. Her focus has been effective communication, coaching and building effective HR processes within the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding.
Today she is supporting and co-working with small and middle sized companies to improve and challenge the status quo with the aim to enhance the business. Also she is having coaching sessions with employees to improve their performance.
Before NotaBene, Henriette has been working with leadership in middle sized and big companies, where she was HR responsible. Henriette is fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish and Scandinavian languages.
