Murugasan C. Nielsen
Partner & Founder

Meet Murugasan, a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in international business, communications, and presentation workshops. With 14 years in the field, Murugasan has a proven track record of delivering effective and impactful training to a wide range of clients.

Starting his career at IBM where he was responsible for internal communications, Murugasan spent 8 years working in the Bay Area before moving on to New York City and PA Consulting Group, a global management consulting firm. Here, he delivered communications workshops to top-level management and executives at Fortune 500 companies worldwide.

With an MBA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a M.Sc. in Economics from Copenhagen Business School, Murugasan brings a unique blend of strategic and analytical thinking to his work. Fluent in Danish and conversant in Spanish, he is able to connect with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.

Doug Bewsher

Meet Doug, a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience leading large-scale organizations. As the former CEO of Leadspace Inc, CMO of Salesforce.com, and CMO of Skype, Doug brings a unique perspective on the importance of effective communication within and external to the organization.

Doug's professional journey began as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, where he honed his strategic thinking skills. He later led the West Coast office of Digitas, a leading advertising agency. Throughout his career, he has been a part of many public and private boards and acted as an advisor to multiple growth-stage companies.

In 2021, Doug joined NotaBene to pursue his passion for effective communication and has led multiple communication training programs. His leadership experience combined with his MBA with distinction from INSEAD, and a MA in Physics from Oxford University has made him an expert in the field. He currently resides in San Francisco and is committed to helping organizations communicate with impact and confidence.

Henriette Møller

Meet Henriette, who has a wealth of experience in leadership and human resources. With over 10 years of experience both internationally and in Denmark, Henriette has a deep understanding of the importance of effective communication, coaching, and building effective HR processes within the employee lifecycle.

As a experienced consultant, Henriette works closely with small and medium-sized companies to improve and challenge their existing processes with the goal of enhancing their business. She also offers coaching sessions to employees to help them improve their performance.

Prior to NotaBene, Henriette has worked in leadership roles with middle-sized and large companies where she was responsible for HR. With fluency in Dutch, English, Spanish, and Scandinavian languages, she is well-equipped to help organizations communicate effectively across a variety of cultures.
