One area we have focused on is our workshop sessions. While we have traditionally offered in-person, 1 and 2-day sessions, the advent of COVID-19 has highlighted the importance of being able to adapt and deliver content virtually. In response, we have decided to pivot our workshop offerings to a hybrid model that combines the benefits of both online/virtual and in-person delivery.
This hybrid approach allows us to deliver our content in a flexible and convenient manner for our clients. Utilizing online/virtual platforms enables us to reach a wider audience, regardless of their location, while also providing a more interactive and engaging experience through real-time discussions, polls and Q&A sessions. Additionally, we also have the opportunity to incorporate physical presence, enabling us to create a more personalized experience and foster stronger connections with attendees.
